At Paul Rich, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium timepiece. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your watch in its original Paul Rich packaging, including all protective films, tags, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
